Soum Suvasik Modak Pith is a fine flour milled from fragrant Ambemohar rice. Made for preparing ukdiche modak – the beloved steamed Maharashtrian sweet offered to Lord Ganesh.
Just boil water with a little oil and salt, stir in the pith, and knead into a smooth dough
