Delivery Policy
We provide door delivery services across the United Kingdom.
Delivery is free for many areas; however, delivery charges may apply for certain locations depending on the delivery area and minimum order value (MOQ). You can find detailed information about delivery charges and MOQ in our delivery schedule section.
We offer same-day delivery in selected locations, while most other areas receive next working day delivery. Some remote locations may require up to two working days for delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be affected during weekends, bank holidays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. Any updates regarding delivery schedules will be communicated through our website or our delivery partners’ tracking systems.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique tracking code that allows you to track your parcel through our delivery partner’s website.
For orders delivered through courier services, the courier partner’s terms and conditions will also apply.
All deliveries are made to your doorstep, except in cases where access restrictions apply, such as high-rise apartments or buildings without delivery access.
We recommend checking directly with the courier service for the latest delivery updates and tracking information.
