Due to the nature of grocery and fresh food products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items once they have been delivered. This includes fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, frozen foods, and other temperature-sensitive items.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following situations:
- Damaged products received during delivery
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Expired or spoiled products received
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the affected items
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds & Replacements
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Fresh and frozen food items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items reported after the allowed claim period
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If your order is delayed due to courier services, weather conditions, bank holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to keep you informed. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary.
