Shree Krishna Kothavarankai Vathal is a traditional South Indian dish made by soaking the kotavarankai in buttermilk and spices, then drying it, making it ideal for frying or stewing.
Usage: It can be roasted and used as a great side dish for curd rice, sambar rice, or vathakulambu.
Ingredients: Kothavarankai, Iodised salt, Curd.
Storage: Store in a Cool and Dry Place. Once opened store in an Air Tight Container.
